Hundreds of runners descended on St George’s on Sunday morning for the Run For Memories.
With some competing against each other and others just against themselves, there was a great atmosphere for the 5km event, which started and finished at East End Primary School.
The run was organised to raise crucial funds for Action On Alzheimer’s and Dementia, which was founded in 2012 to give much needed support to people living with dementia in Bermuda, along with their families and caregivers. An estimated 2,000 people are living with dementia on island at the moment.
